What is Deployment?

Deployment refers to how M2C2 assessments are delivered to participants and how they are integrated into your study workflow.

Assessments created with m2c2kit can be deployed to:

  • Mobile browsers
  • Native apps (iOS and Android)
  • Desktop browsers

M2C2 is designed to be "Mobile First." Assessments are intended to support high-frequency, repeated administration, such as ecological momentary assessment (EMA) and daily diary study designs. For more information about the development and intended use of M2C2, see our OSF Paper.

Deployment options differ in areas such as scheduling capabilities, offline access, data storage, cost, technical requirements, and how assessment data are accessed and scored.
